Describe your project, upload photos, explain the social context. We review submissions before publishing to ensure authenticity.

Go Live & Get Support

Approved projects appear publicly. Donors and supporters can fund them directly. The Timber Tale may co-finance or build pro bono.

We Deliver

Fully funded projects get built by our team or fulfilled from our shop. Impact is documented and shared publicly.

Every year we open a public contest. NGOs, schools, civic groups and individuals submit their project. The most impactful proposal is fully funded and built by The Timber Tale — at zero cost to the winner.

Selection Criteria

Social impact — how many people benefit?
Feasibility — can we realistically build it?
Necessity — is there no other way to fund it?
Community support — does the local community back it?

If you're an NGO, school, civic group, or an individual or family in financial difficulty, you can submit a furniture request. We'll review, approve and publish it — then the community can support it.

Who can apply:

  • Registered NGOs and associations
  • Public schools and kindergartens
  • Civic initiative groups
  • Individuals / families with demonstrated financial need
  • Other institutions with a documented social purpose

You'll be asked to create an account with supporting documents. We verify accounts within 3 working days. Projects are reviewed before going live.
